Horizontal welding production line of H-section steel is a special welding production line which directly assembles steel plates into H-section steel and then welds them. Compared with the normal vertical welding production line of H-section steel (T-section is formed first and H-section is formed), the horizontal welding production line of H-section steel has the characteristics of high production efficiency and small welding deformation, and is especially suitable for the welding production needs of light H-section steel. The production line is composed of erecting machine, front welding machine, turning machine, rear welding machine and its conveying roller. 1.Edge Assembly machine

The end group erecting machine is to assemble the conforming sheet metal into H shape and spot weld the end. The end group erector is composed of main engine, rollers, hydraulic system and electronic control system.

The main engine is composed of Web lifting mechanism, end alignment device and conveying transmission mechanism, all of which are driven by hydraulic system.

2.Fount Aseembly welding machine

The front group welding machine integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technologies. It welds H-section steel through submerged arc welding of H-steel components formed by end spot welding.

3.Double 90 Degree Hydraulic Turning Frame

The double 90 degree hydraulic overturning frame is arranged in a group (3 sets), which consists of an independent hydraulic station and an electronic box.

Provide power and control for turning H-section steel 180 degrees to complete two welds for easy operation

4.Behind assembly welding machine

The welding machine integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technologies. It will weld H-steel formed by spot welding machine into H-steel by single arc and double wire submerged arc welding.

5.Horizontal straightening machine

The equipment uses both flange plates to correct at the same time, which not only reduces the turnover workload and improves the efficiency, but also has better correction quality than the vertical correction method. It has obvious correction effect on the non-verticality of the flange. Profiles can be corrected without the need to tighten the web with a straightening roller. The profile steel is corrected by using the upper and lower alignment roller positioning flange plate, so the unevenness of the corrugated profile steel web is overcome. All the correcting rollers are made of high quality alloy steel, and through advanced heat treatment process, the long service life of the correcting rods is ensured.
