FAQ:

(1)What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 5000pcs.
But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

(2) Can I get samples?

We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to us, we will ship with our account. 

(3) How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 10-15 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

(4) How long is the production lead time?

It takes 7-9 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

(5) How does your factory do as quality control?

Quality is the lift of our factory. We have inspector in different post, and there are three inspectors before packing to get best quality products.
