Fine Blanking Parts Deburring and Edge Rounding Machine
   
Applications:
SD300-WJS+3D is ideal for deburring, edge rounding, and surface smoothening of fine blanking, punching, flat precision machined parts. It is most suitable and highly efficient for processing high volume fine blanking parts coming directly from the presses. 

 
Machine characteristic overview:
1.Wet operation
2.Standard magnetic conveyor table to reduce minimum part size required. It is capable of processing most of ferrous part. 
3.Wet operation to prolong consumable's life span, and cool down the parts during the process to minimize parts deformation. Water soluble cutting fluid is used
4.Very robust machine structure, low maintenance cost
5.Conveyor feed through type, high efficiency
6.Capable of programing automatic abrasive compensation over a time frame
7.Automatic cutting fluid filtration unit
