All JD vessels are made from S. S. with 120 or 350 conical outlet, spray ball or T-shape nozzle, digital or glass level indicator, impellors and mixers, single layer or double layer, open or sealed cover. All insulation material is sparkle polyester, which is suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, dairy, fruit juice etc. In addition, all the vessels are featured as below:
1. Polishing outside and inside 350#, meeting international sanitary standard;
2. Total seal with manhole and sampling value.
3. Top and bottom in R angle, no sanitary dead space.
4. with insulation material of polyester.
5. Total seal with dust-proof and air holes
6. Customized level indicators and detectors.
7. Mirror polishing internal or external available.

Our standard packing is plywood case or wrapping film for export or according to customers requirements!

How about our payment?
As usual, the payment term is as followed:
1)40% of the total payment is to be paid within one week after the sign of the contract.
2)Your company will be informed to come to check the equipmentsthat have been finished exworkand quality confirmation is to be signed by both companies if there is no disagreement 3)55% of the total payment is to be paid before delivery.
3)5% of the total payment is to be paid one-off in three months when the equipmentsare well operated as promised in the contract.
