Environmental performance and safety
There is no addition of benzene, paraformaldehyde, formaldehyde derivatives, APEO, DOP, etc.
Free of free TDI, and no addition organic solvents of benzene, methylbenzene, xylene and CAC.
Non-combustible, low odor and no pungent odor;
VOC is lower than requirement of environmental standard.
Construction and drying condition
The product is applicable to spraying and painting.
Surface dry≤30 minutes, hard dry ≤6 hours. Drying condition: Relative air humidity 50% and temperature 25ºC.
Interval for repainting: more than 4 hours theoretically.
For force drying: the temperature is 60ºC and the drying time is 30 to 40 minutes.
When construction is stopped, use clear water to wash tools immediately.
Attention:
The product is water-based product. Don't use it with other water-based paints or mix to use. It is forbidden to be used with paint.
The shelf life is one year from manufacturing date if the paint is not opened.
Construction environment should be: relative humidity <85%, temperature >8ºC; otherwise, construction should be avoided.
Anti-freezing measures should be taken for transpiration in winter. Avoid transportation at or below 0ºC.
