Graphite electrodes are used mainly in Yellow phosphorus furnace , Industrial silicon furnace, electric-arc furnace steelmaking. They are presently the only products available that have the high levels of electrical conductivity and the capability of sustaining the extremely high levels of heat generated in this demanding environment. Graphite electrodes are also used to refine steel in ladle furnaces and in other smelting processes.
Description
1) Raw material: Graphite Electrode raw materials use low sulphur and low ash CPC, coke plant pitch, HP grade graphite electrode add 30% Japan needle coke, UHP grade graphite electrode use 100% Janpan needle coke. Widely used in LF, EAF for steel making industry, Non-ferrous industry, silicon and phosphorus industry.
2) Feature: Our graphite electrodes are with low electric resistance, high density, high anti-oxidation capability, precise machining accuracy, especially with low sulphur and low ash will not give steel second time impurity.
3) Grade: RP, HD,HP,SHP,UHP.
4) Diameters: Φ 150~Φ800mm
5) Length: 1600~3000mm
6) Application: Widely used in arc furnace (EAF, LF for steel making) and electrochemical furnace (for metallurgical and chemical industry)
