Reheatek band heaters are ring-shaped heating devices that clamp around cylindrical elements like pipes and tubes that require external indirect heating. Due to the insulation material, band heaters can be separated into two types: Mica Band Heater and Ceramic Band Heater. Common applications include blow molding machines, drum heating, extrusion die, plastic injection molding machines, vending machines, food service warming pots etc. 

Mica Band Heater
Mica band heaters are efficient and economical solutions to the indirect heating applications at medium temperature up to 300°C (sheath temp.). Mica Bands are commonly used in Plastics Injection Molding, Extrusion, Blow Molding applications as well as in Commercial Cooking, Dies and Electric Motors.

Ceramic Band Heater
Ceramic band heaters are medium to high temperature band heaters with a 450°C (sheath temp.) a maximum working temperature.They offer longer heater life, high processing temperature capabilities and full flexibility for ease of installation.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or trade company?
A: We are manufacturer for industrial heating elements and temperature sensor since 2007.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We located in Kunshan, Suzhou. It's around an hour drive from Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai, and one hour drive from Suzhou.

Q: How to ensure the quality of your cartridge heaters?
A: We have a complete QC system. Firstly, all the components purchased will be tested before using; Secondly, we have quality control during every step in the production process; some key factors (resistance value, current leakage etc.) will be tested in 4 procedures to ensure heating performance and safety. Last but not least, we'll inspect all details per the drawing after fully assembled.

Q: Can I get some samples to check the quality?
A: We can provide at MOQ 3pcs for quality evaluation with freight charged. You just need to pay a little deposit for further business. In the follow-up cooperation, we will return this deposit to you. You can decide whether to cooperate with us based on sample satisfaction. Courier will be used normally sample delivery. 

Q: What's the sample lead time?
A: Samples are normally finished in 3-7 work days. Delivery to door by couier around 5-10 work days. (Delivered duty unpaid)
