Features :

Compared with the common shuttle machine , high speed shuttle machine has some advantage :

1. Rolling speed is higher about 30%-40%.
2. Adopt  sadding rack guide rail ,  steady running , patterns are more precise and lower thread broken .
3. The needle bar and clamp adopt " double - racker " running , no need to add extra lube and avoid the materials be soiled by lube .
4. Needle bar frame structure is more firm and durble ,so that the cost of maintenance is cheaper .
5.During the producing process of high speed quilting machine, in some range of quilting thickness, no need to adjust the machine, more simple operation.
6. Integration structure, easier for shipment and dismounting.
