Details of Stable Running Double Color Plastic Pipe Extrusion Machine
1. The machine is used to produce double color, double layer pipes in two different materials by co-extrusion;
2. Applied materials: PE, PP, PS, ABS, PET, PC, POM, PMMA, PVC, EVA etc two different materials;
3. Features and advantages:
(1) Give full play to special solidity of various plastic materials, so that they play the leading role in the composite materials;
(2) Integral technology combining many materials for forming together, no need bonding or sticking, high efficient, low cost;
(3) Rigid and soft materials composited together, strong and flexible in one body;
(4) Porous and dense materials composited together to get light quality, high strength ratio material with specific performance;
(5) Could produce various pipes, profiles in multi-kinds, new variety, excellent-performance, to meet use in special conditions;
(6) Material of screw and barrel:
High strength nitrogenization treated alloy steel (38CrMoALA) or quenched alloy steel (9Cr18MoV);
(7) Screw L/D: 20~38; according to material and product feature;
(8) Main motor drive: imported frequency converter or imported servo motor;
Imported double digital display PID adjusting digital type temperature controller;
(9) Barrel: 4 zone heating & forced wind cooling, could use brass material heat radiation piece according to material feature to ensure radiation effect.

2. Technical details:
(1) Main extruder machine screw:
a. YJ35~YJ65 screw available for option;
b. high quality screw, frequency converter, Siemens frequency converting motor drive, good plastication, stable power output;
(2) Vacuum cooling water tank:
a. Stable calibration, high dimension precision;
b. the body of the water tank is imported SUS304 material, up-down, left-right, front-back 3D adjustable, easy to be operated;
c. with stainless steel water storage tank, cooling water could be recycled, no splash to the floor.
(3) Haul off unit:
a. High precision ball guiderail system, center height adjusting, open-close adjusting;
b. high wear-resistant surface foam PU multi-wedge belt;
c. frequency conversion controller, tractor speed stepless adjustable, motor power: 0.75~2.2KW; stable linear speed.
(4) Saw blade cutter & collection stand:
a. Alloy saw blade; special motor for high speed saw blade (with special clamp for the saw blade, stable, quiet);
b. Precise reciprocating online cutting platform (whole course through precise straight line guiderail);
c. Optical sensing length-setting device;
d. PLC control, 5 inch color touch screen operation panel;
e. Automatic turnover collection stand;
f. Online cutting accuracy: 0.5mm.
