HARDENER TP1530 is  equivalent to Degussa B1530 ,is a polyisocyanate adduct used in combination with hydroxy functional resins , Due to the Caprolactam blocked NCO-groups it is stable during processing up to the unblocking temperature of more than 180°C/338°F (15 minutes) .
higher crosslink density and outstanding chemical resistance; NCO% 15.6; functionality 2.5;

CURING : The curing temperature for PUR powder coatings based on 1530 lies above the splitting temperature of about 170ºC.a prerequisite for good physical properties of a coating is sufficient curing in the rage of 180ºC

Premixing : MTI -MIXER 2'-500rpm
Extrusion:  W&P ZSK 30  90ºC-250RPM
Application: manual spray gun 80kv ,steel panels 0.88mm
Curing :  Air -circulated heraeus oven ,coating  thickness 55-75 um

The products is delivered in flat bags , net weight 25kg , If kept (0-40ºC) and dry in closed bags the product can be stored for at least 1 year in accordance to the specification .all opened bags should be carefully resealed immediately after use.
