OUR TYPE TP68 IS SIMILAR TO VESTGON B68

1.Description

Matt Hardener TP68 is a composed salt of cyclic-amidine and multi-acid. It utilizes the two different reaction rates of the group in molecular structure to generate nonuniform shrinkage then forms the matt surface during the curing process. It has both gloss-decreasing and curing functions.

2. Application

MATT HARDENER TP68 is used for pure epoxy resin , epoxy\ polyester hybrid powder coatings to achieve coatings with matt surface having excellent mechanic quality and wonderful appearance.

4. Curing condition

180ºC 20-25 minutes / 190ºC 10-12 minutes / 200ºC 8-10 minutes

5. Notice

MATT HARDENER compatibility with resin isn't well for its high melting point, to avoid this default it's necessary to distribute them or to make the curing temperature at a higher level.In case of epoxy\polyester hybrid powder coatings, the polyester should be low acidity. Before achieving the ideal gloss and multiple characteristics tests are needed.

6. Storage

The storage period could last a rather long time when it is kept inside the sealed container. Do seal the container again after taking some from it. Shelf life is 3 years without any problem.
