WFS series waste incinerator is based on Japanese technology, absorbing similar equipment at home and abroad, adopting the most advanced combustion mode of primary pyrolysis gasification + mixed combustion with surrounding air + secondary incineration + burnout treatment, with the maximum temperature of 1600 ºC, which can effectively burn virus and harmful substances.

Incinerator structure

There are four chambers, two combustors for friendly environment in waste incinerator.There will be no smoke, no smell, no pollution after be burning.
It was divided into:

(1) First chamber
It is Primary pyrolysis gasification , Organic matters in the waste would be decomposed into combustible gas in pyrolysis gasifying method.

(2) Second chamber
The temperature of secondary combustion chamber should be controlled above 850ºC, and the residency time more than 2s.

(3) mixture of combustion chamber
Turbulent combustion would remove black smoke and peculiar smell thoroughly.Dioxin and other toxic and harmful objects would be inhibited to produce from the source.

(4) smoke absorption chamber
There is an gas absorption chamber, it can absorb the gas again.

(5) chimney
It can cool down the temperture of gas.

2.Q: Where is your factory? How do I get there?
   A: Our factory is located at No. 1137, Zhucheng City, Shandong Province, China. About 2 hours away from Qingdao Airport. If necessary, we can pick you up and welcome to visit our factory.

3.Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity requirement?
   A: There is no minimum order quantity, but if you order a large number of products, you can enjoy discounts.

4.Q: Do you have a certificate?
   A: Yes, we have ISO and SGS certificates.

5.Q: Can you meet my special requirements for my products?
   A: Yes, we have a professional design team. We can provide drawings according to your requirements.

6. Q: How to buy your creative products?
    A: You can provide us with your garbage types and daily disposal (please contact us for more information).

7. Q: How to pay?
    A: TT and L / C can be accepted, and TT will be preferred. Pay 30% deposit before production, and then pay 70% balance before loading with TT.

8. Q: What is the delivery time?
    A: It depends on the order quantity. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 2 to 4 weeks.

9. Q: How to package products?
    A: We use standard packaging. If you have special packaging requirements, we will package as required, but the cost will be paid by the customer.

10. Q: How to prevent equipment corrosion?
      A: We use world-famous paints such as SigmaCoatings, PainBow, etc. More importantly, we strictly follow the standard process for painting.

11. Q: How do you manufacture equipment?
      A: Our processing technology includes laser / plasma cutting, automatic welding, CNC cutting and bending.

12. Q: How to install the device after reaching the destination?
      A: We will provide you with detailed illustrations. If necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, visa fees, air tickets, accommodation, and wages will be paid by the buyer.
