[Production description]

  Chemical fiber softener SC-76083 is a new type of block silicone emulsion, it has a new modified silicone chemical structure, and then combined with dual modified functional groups, it can give the fabric a soft, plump and delicate hand feel, suitable for synthetic fibers and cellulose fibers soft finishing of fabrics.

[Production characteristic]

1. The product has good temperature resistance, alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance and shear resistance, and is safe and stable to use.

2. suitable for chemical fiber, soft, fluffy and delicate.

3.  This product is especially suitable for raised fabrics such as polyester spandex and flannel. After finishing, it is dry, fluffy and soft.

4.  It has low yellowing and low color change characteristics.

[Using  method]

1. Recommended process

     Padding process: synthetic fiber chemical fiber (polyester, nylon, nitrile, etc.) fabrics, the recommended dosage is 5-20g/l 

     The pH value of the padding working fluid needs to be kept below 7 (optimally between 5.0-6.0, adjustable with acetic acid)

     (The amount of use varies with different fibers to be processed, please adjust appropriately according to actual needs)

2.It can be used with other soft finishing agents to obtain a special hand-feel style. Please do a compatibility experiment before use.

[Notes]

1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;

2. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is applicability.

[Packaging and storage] 

 50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent exposure to the sun ,  stable period is 6 months .
