Purified water system
This purified water system is designed by our experienced and qualified water system engineers according to the customer's URS. Adopting the world's most advanced membrane technology and EDI processing, the product's water quality completely complies with each country's standards for purified water.
 

Water storage tank/storage tank

The vertical storage tank is applicable to the storage of medicine, food, chemicals, and liquid material. It has the advantages of high efficiency and convenient operation. To ensure complete cleaning, it is equipped with an auto-rotating cleaning sprinkler. The materials are SUS304 or SUS316L. The surface adopts the treatment of polishing or glass painting according to GMP standards.

1. Material:Stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel 304, 316L etc, with insulating material or not
2. Tank shell thickness:3mm at least (according to the design or your required)
3. Design work pressure (MPa):-0.1~~1.6MPa (According to the China national standard, breakthroughs in the foregoing measurements are allowed in special cases)
4. Design work temperature:-4~~+150C
5. General accessories(If required):Manhole, CIP, respirator, sight glass, mixing(Top side or bottom)

Pure Steam Generator
The pure steam usually takes purified water as feeding water and the steam is produced through a pure steam generator or the first effect evaporator of a multi-effect water distiller. At the time of condensation, the clean steam shall meet the requirements of water for injection. Deionized water and purified water can all be taken as the feeding water of a clean steam generator. 
Electric Pure Steam generator for pharmaceutical is mainly used for the disinfection and sterilization in the pipes, containers and other equipment of pharmaceuticals, medical treatment sanitation, biological and food industry. It is an important part of a big transfusion production line. It can effectively avoid the substance pollution caused by the impurities such as heavy metal proton and so on. Besides, it meets the GMP and CGMP demands.
