Main Applications
We mainly provide the following water treatment equipment and services for domestic and foreign pharmaceutical enterprises.1.Design, installation, and verification of pharmaceutical water treatment units, which including RO EDI purified water preparation unit, multi-effect water distiller, clean steam generator.
2.Design, installation, and verification of distribution unit, which including PW purified water distribution unit and WFI distribution unit.
3.Design, manufacturing, and install of liquid mixing tank and liquid conveying system, fermentation tank system and CIP/ SIP systeWe mainly provide the following water treatment equipment and services for domestic and foreign pharmaceutical enterprises.
1.Purified water system
We take modular design as the concept for the purified water system. In addition,we will make more than two design plans for the selection by the clients to accordance with the water quality report and URS provided by the clients, including pretreatment configuration, combination of desalination system, selection of distribution system and disinfection methods, etc. In the meantime, we also provide an complete set of verification system for clients, including design validation in the preliminary stage, FAT test within the factory, installation validation in later stage, operation validation and performance validation as well as perfect after-sale service.
Multi-effect water distiller main features
1. This equipment is available in three types, i.e. full-automation, semi-automation and manual operation to meet the requirements of different users.
2. Water distillator with more than six effects needs not add cooling water.
3.Pure Steam Generator
The pure steam usually takes purified water as feeding water and the steam is produced through pure steam generator or the first effect evaporator of multi-effect water distiller. At the time of condensation, the clean steam shall meet the requirements of water for injection. Deionized water and purified water can all be taken as feeding water of clean steam generator.
Electric Pure Steam generator for pharmaceutical is mainly used for the disinfection and sterilization in the pipes, containers and other equipments of pharmaceuticals, medical treatment sanitation, biological and food industry. It is an important part of big transfusion production line. It can effectively avoid the substance repollution caused by the impurities such as heavy metal progon and so on. Besides, it meets the GMP and CGMP demands.
