Color repair agent 

[Product introduction]

Repair agent sd-2014 is a surfactant complex with ester compounds as the main body. It has excellent high temperature dispersion and strong migration ability for disperse dyes. Under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, the dye on the fabric is transferred from the high concentration to the low concentration, so that the color of the fiber is uniform, so as to achieve the purpose of color patching.


[Features and advantages]

1. It has good penetrability, dispersibility and migration.            
2. The achromatic property is very small, and the color light is basically unchanged after repairing.   3. This product has low foam and can be mixed with nonionic and anionic additives.            
4. Lower dosage can be used as leveling dyeing agent.  
 

[Application range]

1. Patching of polyester fabric caused by disperse dye dyeing.            
2. Leveling agent for polyester fabric dyeing with disperse dyes.
           
[Reference dosage]  
          
1. For repairing:            
Light color spot: repair agent: 1 ~ 3 g / L            
Serious color spots: repair agent: 3 ~ 5 g / L            
5 ~ 10% of the original dye should be added, the temperature should be kept at 135 ºC for 45 ~ 60min, and the temperature should be lowered for cleaning.            
2. For dyeing:            
Repair agent: 0.5 ~ 1.5 g / L

[Precautions]      
      
1. Generally, the repair temperature is higher than the dyeing temperature, 135 ºC is the best, the time is 60 min, and the light color flower can be controlled in 45 min.            
2. Proper amount of dye should be added when repairing            
3. Due to the complex causes of color spots and spots, synergistic additives should be added when necessary.
 

[Packing and storage]

50kg or 120kg plastic drums (lined with plastic bags)
