Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock. It depends on the quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge while the freight is payable at destination.

Q: What's the payment  terms?
A: Usually 30 % as deposit. 70% against BL copy by T/T, westerm union acceptable for small account and L/C acceptable for large amount. 

Q: What items is needed for a quotation?
A: Wire diameter, mesh size, length, width ,weight and the quantity, etc.
