The polyethylene geomembrane is made of high-quality polyethylene virgin resin,the main component is 97.5% polyethylene,2.5% carbon black,anti-aging agent,antioxidant,ultraviolet absorber,stabilizer and other additives,using internationally advanced mutiple layer co-extrusion blow molding process or muti-head flat extrusion process.The finished product has excellent resistance to chemical acid and alkali,UV resistance,strength,durability and stress tear resistance.

Production Process
Installation:
Dajin can also offer a full turnkey installation service,covering the materials ,any other geosynthetics products,installation and all additional materials required to fully complete the project accoding to the customers' needing.
We can supply techinical supervisors and installers,with or without welding equipment,such as machines and tools,to manage a group of local staff supplied by the customer.We can also provide training courses to staff provided by the customer.
Take the following precautions when welding:
1. Do not pull or harden the geomembrane during installation. Ensure there are no sharp objects, roots or rocks on the base ground.
2.Wipe out all the waste from the overlap of the geomembrane,keep the surface of the geomembrane clean smooth and dry
3. The width of overlap of the geomembrane that you want to weld should be 10--15cm,no less than 10cm
4. Do not pull too tight, should leave a 1.50% margin for partial sinking and stretching. The slope is laid from top to bottom;
5. Do the sampltesting before formal welding ,if the test is ok,then do the following welding
6. The longitudinal joints of two geomembane shall not be on a horizontal line and shall be stagger
