Product introduction:
This product SWE rapid high-resolution electrophoresis buffer (dry powder) is optimized from the Tris-Glycine electrophoresis buffer and is suitable for SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis in the Tris-HCl system. Compared to the traditional Tris-Glycine electrophoresis buffer, this product does not need to adjust different voltages according to the separation gel and the concentrate gel. It can complete the electrophoresis under the constan voltage of 200-250V in about 30 minutes, which greatly saves time and has a better separation effect on small molecular proteins. The 10kDa and 15kDa bands in predyed protein Marker can be separated and clearly visible (gel concentration above 8%), which can achieve the function of rapid and efficient protein separation.

Usage instruction:
Each bag of electrophoretic buffer (dry powder) is dissolved in 1000 mL pure water and can be used after fully dissolved
