Q: Are you factory or trade company? 

A: We are factory, have our own equipments, workers, R&D department, Sales and after-sale department. 

Q: What is your warranty policy? 

A: One year for whole machine, 1% free spare parts. 

Q: What is your payment terms? 

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% release before shipment. We'll take product and package photos for your approval. 

Q: What is your trade terms? 

A: FOB, CNF and CIF. 

Q: How about your delivery time? 

A: Normally, it will take around 4weeks after receiving your advance payment. 

Q: What is your sample policy? 

A: Sample is acceptable. 

Q: Do you make the testing before shipment? 

A: Yes, all products testing in our factory lab are made before delivery.
