So when meeting this problem, better check with us first before making decision as probably you will have a surprise. |

4. Q: I like your fabrics on your website. Can I get a sample? A: Yes, you may let us know the fabric items you like. We will check if there are some samples left to be sent to you. Some items were produced long time ago so it's uncertain that there are remaining fabrics. In many cases, we can arrange a sampling for you. Sample swatches can be free of charge with freight collect. For samples yardages, we will have to charge some cost, which can be returned to you in the bulk order. |

5. Q: Your bulk order's lead time is 15days. But why does small lot dyeing also need so much time or even longer? A: I'm afraid that's true. Because sampling has almost the same process as bulk production. Each dyeing factory only has very few small lots. So it will need more time to arrange the production. Also small lot dyeing is a bit hard for color and quality control compared to bulk production. Many times the dyeing factories refuse to improve the small lots since it's not cost-efficient. So we need more time to push them. |
