Bottle entry part:
1)air conveyor tunnel with bottle entry thumble wheel straight connecion bottle entry method.
2)Bottle entry thumble wheel adopt to new design that have bottle separation function bottle mouth clamp fracture, cancel bottle entry screw pole and conveyor chain, exchange bottle typ no need exchange and adjust any part.
Rotary type washing part
1) Bottle clamp quantity is 18PCS, washing water filter system.
2) Rotary plate full use SUS304 stainless steel weld.
3) Big size panel with wheel gear bearing, steadily move, reliable.
4) Adopt to special new design reverse rotary type bottle clamp, bottle clamp block bottle neck part, avoide traditional glue rubber to do bottle neck nestle to do polluate, bottle clamp adopt to SUS304 stainless steel making, enduration, sanitation.
5) Nozzle is high efficiency spray nozzle, can wash bottle inside wall any parts, can let washing efficiency more better, and can save washing usage water.
6) Bottle clamp and demote and promote fracture slide set all dopt to anti-corrasion, no need maintain bearing.
7) Bottle washing drive via machine frame inside transission system via wheel gear transit.

2) Advanced from Italy catch then capping technology during international level inside our country, and combine with asepsis filling machine production experience advance, let capping operate more steadily, capping torsion more precision, capping effect more reliable, can better reducer capping defective rate.
3) Set capping machine entry bottle inspection switch, cap drop guid rail and thumble cap connection site cap lock cylinder control cap lock controlling cap exhuast, ensure no bottle no feeding cap, reduce user cap consumption.
4) Cap drop guid install one group of photocell switch, when cap drop guid no cap, will auto stop machine operate and alarm, can efficiency avoid no cap no bottle.
