Metal Intalox  Saddle Rings:
        It gives the best of both the worlds in terms of performance i.e. low-pressure drop and high efficiency. Hence Metal Intaloxs Saddle Rings  can be effectively used in both high pressure as well as vacuum towers. Some of its other advantages include large effective interfacial area, high mechanical strength (its monolithic construction overcomes the problem of "opening out" at ends as experienced in ring shaped packings) and low cost.  Metal_Intalox Saddle Ring or metal saddle is available in various sizes, which give different combinations of efficiency and pressure drop. 
          Metal Intaloxs Saddle Rings ( NOT Koch  INTALOX SADDLES) offer a 30% lower pressure drop than Pall Rings but with a lower liquid hold-up. This facilitates shorter packed bed heights. Metal Intalox Saddle Rings' physical shape permits maximum randomness and minimum alignment, Advanced design gives it(Metal Saddle Ring) a high rate of liquid film surface renewal producing a high mass transfer rate, leading to a greater capacity and efficiency compared to other random packings, Large number of contact points for homogenous distribution of liquid and gas, Facilitates shorter packed bed heights.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat

2:User Training
Owing to our product has many different type, so it has many different installation way. For each type product, we must let you know its basically installation way. If necessary, issue one installation manual to them.

3:Warranty services
So called"Warranty services" is repairing replacement of selected parts for a selected period of time. For the first year, the customers are provided with free replacement or repairing of the device for any problem except for Abnormal use environment. For EPC project, we will issue our warranty booklet to our customer for each components. As for unmentioned, we will negotiated with our customer about warranty range and period

4:Online support
24 hours online service. For different problems, we will find related staff to solve with your problem timely.

5:Return and Replacement
In the warranty period, we provide free replacement of the product in case of any queries. Of course, if customers does not agree, we will refund after reduce some fees related with this deal.

6:Outsourcing and guiding installation
For customer's different requirement, Under achieving related fees payed standard(such as worker daily install fees,board and lodging and so on),we can send our installation team to help customer to install product installation. Of course, if you do not need our installation, we also send our engineer to guide how to install. So you would pay for the guiding fees.
