Main Description
This series of gas water filling machine, it integrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one body of this machine. It is very convenient to change bottle size by means of advanced bottle conveying technology--bottleneck clamping & bottle suspending technology.

 Basic Features

1.This soft drink filler is used in carbonated beverage, carbonated beverage packaged in polyester bottle ,washing ,filling and capping are intergrated in one machine .
 
2.The advanced technology of the soft drink filler is used in the design ,gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used ,the amount of liquid is contralled accuratelly ,the filling is fast ,the amount of liquid is controlled accuratelly ,the dropping and leakage id avoided.
 
3.Spring crampe is used in the washing process,the empty bottle can turn over 180 degree along the conveying rail ,there are two times of interal and exteral washing ,the efficiency is high.
 
4.Magnatic torque is used for screwing capping ,the power of screwing capping can be adjusted whithout steps and the power also can be fixed ,and the cap will not be damaged and the sealing is reliable .Machine Function

Washing Part :Washing and dripping the bottles, they were gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180º turn along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up position.


Filling Part :Entering the filler, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves.


Capping Part:Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered by a cam to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling wheel.

4. Install in Spot :
If Engineers install in spot
1) Installment USD100/day. Person as allowance
2) Training fee is free for customer's workers within the installation period
3) The tickets from China to the customer factory and return paid by the customer
4) The local housing, food, and transfer cost at customer factory paid by the customer
