Description 
This soda water plant/machine is used to produce polyester bottled soda water, purified water, alcoholic beverage machinery and other carbonated beverage. The CGFD series Auto Bottle Filling System can finish all the process such as washing bottle, filling bottle and capping bottle, it can reduce the materials and outsiders touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency. 
1) The soda water plant is used for aerated water filling. 
2) The filling line contains washing filling and capping with complete automation. 
3) The soda water filler capper is suitable for aerated water filling into polyester bottles and PET bottles. 
4) The Auto Bottle Filling System is easy to change the shape of bottles, which can be done by changing the thumb wheel without adjusting the height of the plant. 
5) The bottle neck blocking of plant makes the process of changing bottles easy by only adapting the height of convey or chain. 
6)The filling process adopts the micro-pressure technology, which makes filling process faster and more stable. 
7)Compared with other plant of the same kind this Auto Bottle Filling System possesses a better quality and thus enjoys a high ratio of function against price.

Washing Part:
Washing and dripping the bottles, they were gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180º turn along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up position.

Filling Part:
Entering the filler, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves.

Capping Part:
Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered by a cam to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling wheel.
