· Washing Part :
Washing and dripping the bottles, they were gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180º turn 
along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up position.

· Filling Part :
Entering the filler, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle 
carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves.

· Capping Part:
Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered by a cam to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then 
bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling wheel.

Payment of terms
1. Price term: FOB SHANGHAI.
2. Payment term: 30% BY T/T or L/C as deposit before production, the balance should be paid OFF 
before shipment. 
3. If we don't performance of the contract, we will pay for the 30% (need to discuss) of total amout as the penalty for you.
4. Delivery time: after contract 30-45 days and receive the payment.
5. WARRANTY: One year gurantee for machine AND MOULDs.
6. PRICE VALIDITY: AVAIBLE WITHIN 30 DAYS.
7. Installation: Our company takes responsibility for installation. Make sure the equipment work normally. 
It will take LESS THAN 3 weeks to install the machines and the installation time is decided by you after 
you get the machines.
8. Training: we can train the workers for you ,and also train 2-3 engineers of you.
9. Testing: we testing the machine before shipment. after we install the machine,we will test it again to 
make sure it will work normally.
10. Payment for Our engineer: You need to pay 100(USD) one person one day to repair machine in 
your country. IF the time is 3 WEEKS, THAT WILL BE 1050 USD for one engineer to install the machine.
11. MOQ: 1set
