Machine Description
Soft Drink Manufacturing Machine is used for PET bottles ,and carbonated beverage of special equipment, uniqueclamping bottle filling technology, frequency control, automatic tank level control, equal pressure filling etc. It adoptsconstant pressure into the fluid, and match the mixer perfectly, to avoid boiling, material inequality of production problems, contact with the material part of the materials are stainless steel 304,316 ,pipe system control components are imported auxiliary equipment.  

Machine Characters

·  Washing Part :Washing and dripping the bottles, they were gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180º turn along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up position.

·  Filling Part :Entering the filler, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves.

·  Capping Part:Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered by a cam to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling wheel.

CGF washing, filling ,capping 3 in 1 unit is a new type equipment, which base on years' usual practice and adopt the advanced technology,and absorb many clients' views .
It meets the client's requirement about filling different bottle size through one set. The suspension card bottleneck is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient.
