2.1. General introduction
This pickling line is pull-push type and adopts the advanced shallow tank turbulent flow pickling technology. The line provided is mature and reliable and proved by producing practice.

The equipments of the line excepting the payoff reel and tension reel will adopt the aerial arrangement. The running level of the steel strip is +2500. The uncoiling, pickling and coiling will be finished online completely.It has the convenient operation, less fault,high efficiency working and other features. It can satisfy users with stable production and long-term running.
2.1.1Pickling process
Coil receiving table→coil loading car→pressing roll device and coil opening device→1# side guiding centering  device→9-roll straightening leveler→hydraulic shear→angle cut shear→ pickling tank (squeezing roll)→cleaning tank (squeezing roll)→hot air dryer →2# side guiding centering device→1# pinch roll→movable swing able→3# side guiding  centering  device→2# pinch roll→disc shear→→3-roll type bridle roll→turning roll for oil coating→tension reel→coil unloading car

2.2.1.Mechanical equipment
2.2.1.1. Coil loading (unloading) car and saddle
The coil loading (unloading) car is used for transporting the steel coil onto the coil drum of the payoff reel or transporting the steel coil onto the special equipment for temporary storing from the coil drum of the payoff reel.

The coil loading  (unloading)  car  is  composed of the fixed saddle and the horizontal transverse moving car with the vertical lifting and falling saddle.

2.2.1.2. Payoff reel
The payoff reel is used for uncoiling the steel coil into the strip and providing the suitable tension to the steel strip.
 The payoff reel is the hydraulic flexible cantilever type floating payoff reel with the auxiliary support and it is mainly  composed  of the payoff reel,transverse moving mechanism and auxiliary support, etc.

2.2.1.3.Pressing roll device and opening device
The opening device is used for fetching out the head of the steel coil and transporting the strip head to the next procedure.
 
The opening device is composed of the movable frame with the pressing roll driven by the oil motor and the flexible and wobbly uncoiling shovel plate.
2.2.1.4. Side guiding centering device
The side guiding centering device is used for guiding and position controlling the running steel strip.
The side guiding centering device is composed of the vertical roll stand and adjusting device of the vertical roll gap.

2.2.1.5. 9-roll straightening leveler
