1,Slant bed CNC lathe linear rolling guide meets high speed and high efficiency requirements, reduce frictional resistance and temperature rise deformation, improve machining accuracy, and ensure long-term stability of cutting precision.
2. The tool detection device can automatically input the tool nose position data into the numerical control system, which greatly reduces the adjustment time during tool change and automatically compensates for the wear of the tool tip.
3. The slant bed CNC lathe adopts the domestic or imported high-rigidity horizontal turret tool holder with high positioning accuracy and small re-cutting deformation.
4.The standard configuration: spindle stepless speed regulation, hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, horizontal eight-station tool holder, closed protection.
5.The inclined bed CNC lathe adopts the overall inclined bed structure, and can maintain the stability of the precision of the CNC machine tool when re-cutting.
6. X, Z-axis servo motor through the elastic coupling directly connected with the precision ball screw, high precision, fixed at both ends of the screw, improve the support stiffness of the support, so that frequent high-speed positioning, re-cutting caused by the wire Bar distortion is minimized.
7. High precision, high rigidity programmable tailstock.
