1127 Supreme High-Temp Red RTV Silicone Gasket Maker
1127 High Temperature RTV Silicone Gasket is a one part, room temperature curing, high performance silicone sealant which provide reliable "formed-in-place"gaskets. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a tough, flexible silicone rubber gasket. Non-corrosive and resistant to aging, weathering and thermal cycling without hardening, shrinking or cracking. Stable and flexible from -60°C to +320°C, and intermittent exposure to 350°C.

1127 High Temperature RTV Silicone Gasket can also be widely used for flange sealing of mechanical, electronic and chemical equipment.

Packaging Information:
• 1127 High Temperature RTV Silicone Gasket is supplied in 55g tubes, 85g tube, 300ml cartridges and 200L drum bulk packaging.
Usable Life and Storage:
• When stored at or below 27°C in the original unopened containers, it has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.
Instructions for use:
• The thickness should be no more than 6mm.
• In order to achieve optimum results, use alcohol to clean the bonded surface before applying 1127 High Temperature RTV Silicone Gasket
• Apply evenly to a surface to form a continuous closed apron, then assemble the two flange faces. Usually initial solid in 1 hour, and fully cured in 24 hours.
• After gluing, close the assembly and remove excess glue which is squeezed out
• Use it as soon as possible after opening it. Once it has not been used, the next time you use it, you can continue to use it after extruding the cured part.
Safety instructions:
• Avoid contact with eyes before curing. If touch eyes by accidentally, rinse immediately with clean water and do the appropriate treatment.
• Please use in a well ventilated environment
• Uncured products should be kept out of reach of children; be placed out of reach of children
