Main performance & Structure Characteristics
1. Steamed cake feeding and Packing Line (vertical Type) consist of distantiation conveyor, sinking type conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Steam cakes and other products are opened the distance and arranged, then distributed to feeding unit by sinking type conveyor which are controlled by photoelectric, after being arranged and located in the feeding unit, the products finally flow to automatic packaging machine .The Steamed cake feeding & Packing Line can achieve the effects of continuous and orderly production, low rejection rate, and beautiful packing appearance.

2. Packing speed of one line can be up to 180 bags/min.

3. The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of single feeding and packing line (including the packing machine 3.4KW) is 4.4KW.
 
 
 
Advantage
 
1.Adopt sinking type platform distribution, to make the feeding more smoothly and effectively improve the packing.
2.Equipped with automatic stopping/alignment devices, arrange the products neatly and flow into the feeding unit orderly, accurate location and high speed.
3.Dismantle the belts without tools, crumble slots are installed in the connecting places and in the bottom of the belt, easy to maintain, save time and effort.
4.Simplified structure, easy operation, convenient cleaning and maintenance, it's easy and fast to  change and setting when use products with different size.
5.Standard configuration equipped with food grade white PU belt, blue anti-microbial belt are optionally available.
6.High quality electric components are adopted in control system; intelligent PLC, touch screen and wonderful HMI, make the operation easy and intuitive
