HX brand Natural Sisal Core High-Speed Elevator Wire Rope usethe production process of online pre-tensioning, which can eliminate the structural extension of the wire rope and make sure the elevator stops correctly.
We adopt the process of online pre-deformation for all rope stands, so that the steel wire rope produced has strong wrapping force and no loose in cutting.
   We use post-deformation process for the whole wire rope to make the wire rope straighter and softer for reducing twisting and knotting.
We have precise control over the surface grease of the wire rope and the oil content of the rope core, so that it will not slip due to too much oil, then it will not lack lubrication due to less oil. Moreover, our oils are specially customized to increase lubrication time through slow release, more important to avoid skidding.
   We control the hardness of the steel rope outer steel wire to ensure that the steel hardness is slightly lower than the wheel groove hardness, so as to achieve the effect of protecting the traction wheel.
   We use electronic digital counter to ensure the accuracy of the length and we provide ruler cutting services.
