P84 need felt dust filter bag
The working Temperature of our P84 filter bag up to 260ºC. It's 80% increase in filtration area than others filter media. Widely used in the emission concentration process of high demand.

Features of P84 Filter Bag:
(1) Max. operating temperature: 240ºC; Ultimate temperature: 260ºC
(2) Due to it's leaf-shaped cross section, It's 80% increase in filtration area than others filter Media.
(3) The properties of Hydrolytic and Oxidation resistance are moderate. We suggest the water vapour content less than 35%Vol and O2 content less than 16%Vol.
(4) Oxysulfide will shorter the service life of P84 bag, the suggestion content of oxysulfide should be less than 700mg/Nm3; the waste incinerator should have the desulfurizing unit.

Surface treatment :
1. Water and oil repellent treatment: A substantial increase in performance of water and oil repellent
2. Acrylic coating: A substantial increase in Abrasion resistance property
3. Carbon coating: Anti-spark
4. PTFE film: Improve filtration precision: ≤5gsm/Nm3, but lower the filtration efficiency; and a substantial increase in acid-base resistance property
5. PTFE paint-coating: Improve filtration precision: ≤10gsm/Nm3, does not lower the filtration efficiency; and a substantial increase in acid-base resistance property
6. PTFE dipping: Improve filtration precision: ≤25gsm/Nm3, does not lower the filtration efficiency; and a small increase in acid-base resistance property
