The Cold rolling and ribbing production line is composed of pay-off machine, rolling mill, straightening machine, heat treatment, flip rack, flying shear and integrated control cabinet. And the line speed is 1.5-3m/s and can be adjusted. The capacity will depend on diameter of rebar from 2t/h to 8t/h. This 2 Ribs Rebar Cold Rolling Mill Production Line is suitable for aluminum, aluminum alloy and other non-ferrous metals. Equipped with six-weight leveling machine, so it can achieve high-precision leveling.
