GH4698 (GH698) precipitation hardening deformation superalloy

GH4698 is a 2113Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, with a service temperature of 750ºC~800ºC. This alloy is developed on the basis of GH4033 alloy. Compared with GH4033 alloy, it increases the content of aluminum and titanium, adds niobium and titanium, and reduces the content of chromium. The alloy has high enduring strength and tensile strength in the range of 550ºC~800ºC, good plasticity and comprehensive properties, and stable organization after long-term use. It is suitable for making load-bearing parts such as engine turbine discs and compressor discs. The main products are hot-rolled and forged 5261 bars, plates and rings.

The alloy has been used to make aerospace engine turbine discs, compressor discs, guide vanes, bearing rings and fasteners, etc., and has been used to make large-size turbine discs for naval gas turbines. The batch production and use are in good condition.
