3 Transmission parts
Using original Taiwan brand HIWIN on the linear guides and ball screws, high accuracy (0.023 level of precision ), accurate positioning.

4 Pneumatic part
Pneumatic triple parts,All valve using Korea YSC
Quick double exhaust valve using US MAC products, fast response, to ensure that the clutch has a high response speed.
 
5 Lubricating parts
This machine adopts China brand Yongjia flow through electric lubrication pump, which has an automatic pressure relief, controlled oil and oil level sender function, and when the set time, the system failed to reach the rated pressure, it will send a warning.
All of the lubrication parts have been covered,centralized control by the CNC system, reducing the workload and improve the life of the machine.
 
6 Electrical parts
Using Japan FANUC CNC system or SIEMENS CNC system .This control system is special designed for CNC turret punch machine, high integration, high-precision, high response characteristics.
Using fifth-generation Japanese Yaskawa servo drives and motors, motor performance, tuning time is shortened, high speed and high precision drive, smooth operation, the setting is simple, on-line automatic adjustment, automatic motor identification, simple.
In the same type of machine our factory uses the maximum motor torque to ensure the machine for a long time under heavy load conditions can operate normally.
Low-voltage electrical Schneider (SCHNEIDER) and Japanese OMRON products.
 
7 Flexible Systems section
Flexible cable line adopts original IGUS cables,this type of cable can perform well in harsh industrial environments.
The cable can maintain high flexibility in cold environment.High stress,does not contain PVC and halogen elements, not silicon.
Using original IGUS towline run smooth, minimize vibration and noise, eliminating wear abrasion.
 
8 Working table
Brush working table with steel balls.Feeding material smooth with out noise,reduce scratching.Suitable for all size of sheet metal processing.
 
9 Control software
Automatic programming software, Automatically input convert the CAD programs to punch processing instruction, with tooling type saving , automatic tooling selection process, special tooling optimization, optimization of the machining path, post-processing, auto-complete micro connection, automatic repeat positioning and other functions.
