The ceramic tile or stone/marble/granite aluminum honeycomb sandwich panel is composed of 3mm to 10mm thick tile/stone/granite/marble panel and alumimium honeycomb panel by adhesive lamination, the sandwich core is 0.05mm~0.08mm thick honeycomb aluminum foil core and the top and bottom sheets are 0.5mm~1.5mm thick aluminum sheets. Roller coating or anodized surface, unrolling and cutting aluminium sheets, punching corners, bending aluminum sheets, supplying adhesive (glue) to front and back panels, unfolding aluminum honeycomb core, cutting out and putting honeycomb core into back panel, putting front panel, fixing front and back panels, putting sandwich panels into laminating machine, laminating, checking and finishing.
