Two-part Silicone Sealant for Secondary Edge Seal in Dual-sealed Hollow Glass Units
ZK812 Hollow Glass Sealant is intended for use as secondary sealant in dual-sealed insulating glass units. A primary seal of polyisobutylene is required to prevent moisture vapor transmission into the airspace in the insulating glass unit. ZK812 Hollow Glass Sealant is a two-part formulation. The base (Part A) is a smooth, white paste. The curing agent(Part B) is available in black or gray and is a pourable liquid. Once catalyzed, the material cures to a high modulus, silicone rubber that is intended for IG applications.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
• ZK812 Insulated Glass Sealant should be stored in the original sealed containers at or below 27°C. Both the base(Part A) and the curing agent(Part B) have a shelf life of 12 months from date of production.
