Cost-Efficient Spraying Booth for Auto Body Repair
E701 paint drying booth is designed for customers who look for cost-efficient painting solution, but also require super paint refinishing effect. Same as INFITECH's higher range of spray booths, E701 paint drying booth also comes with full downdraft airflow, and air volume as high as 28,000m3/h.In combination with preparation areas and paint mixing room, it can adapt to almost every auto body shop's daily applications.1.SPECIFICATIONSITEMS | SPECIFICATIONS |

FAQQ: Can I add sidewall lights to the paint drying booth?
A: Yes. Q: How long is the production time?
A: Approx. 20 days based on standard voltage. Q: Can you offer EPS panels for walls?
A: It is okay. But we do not recommend EPS panels. On one hand, EPS panels cannot resist temperature as high as rock wool panels, on the other hand, EPS panels cannot help save that much, while rock wool panels are slightly more expensive but much safer. Q: I want grids with higher carrying capacity.
A: That's okay. You can advise the required carrying capacity of the grids, then we quote and supply according to your requirements. Q: What are the differences among the 3 heating methods proposed above?
A: The price for the 3 different heating methods is almost the same in general.Electric heating tube: The electric heating system adopts high efficiency stainless steel fin heater, transferring the hyper-thermal heat to the air. This heating method requires high electric power supply. Based on temperature increase capability of 20ºC, the heating power is 90KW.Electric infrared lamp: The short-wave infrared lamps effectively allow the paint material to dry from the inside to the outside, ensuring complete evaporation of the volatile components.Traditional diesel or gas heating: It consumes fuel (gas or diesel). For indirect heating, the heating system comes with stainless steel heat exchanger, which is for exchanging the heat generated by the fuels to the air passing through the surface of the heat exchanger. For paint drying booth with electric heating tube or diesel/gas heating, the heated air flows across the painted surface and allow the paints to dry evenly. This type of booth can offer heating spraying function, while booth with electric infrared lamp only cannot have the heating spraying function. You can choose the heating system based on the actual conditions and applications.
