1.Waste Plastic film / bags after washing recycling ,we can use this machine to making plastic granules.New granules After Blow molding or Injection ,it can be used to making new plastic product.Such as plastic film,plastic bags,plastic bottle,plastic pallet,plastic box,plastic barrel etc.
2.this machine suit for PE PP HDPE LDPE LLDPE
3.We supply single stage or double stage (Mother and baby type).
PE PP Film/bags flakes extruder layout:
1.Conveyor belt → 2.Semi automatic metal detector →3.Compactor force feeder→4.The first stage extruder→5.Without Wire mesh filter hydraulic changer(it can increase 10% capacity than normal hydraulic chnager,but the total cost will be increased,we usually use normal hydraulic changer)→6.the second stage extruder →7.normal hydraulic changer →8.Die face cutting system→9.Water cooling tank→10.Centrifugal dewatering machine→11.Vibrator screen machine→12.Air conveyor & Storage silo
