GDBC-901 Automatic TTR Transformer Turn Ratio Tester


Introduction:
  • GDBC-901 Automatic TTR Transformer Turn Ratio Tester is designed according IEC76-1 and IEC60044. 
  • GDBC-901 Automatic TTR Transformer Turn Ratio Tester could be applied to test the ratio of single or three phase transformer. Also the connection group of three phase transformer could be calculated with the ratio. All parameters are measured in one test for three phase transformer.


Functions:

1The voltage ratio measurement for three or singe phase transformer
2The group vector measurement for three phase transformer.
3The polarity measurement for single phase transformer or CT/PT
4Voltage ratio error calculation
5Current transformer ratio measurement
6Excitation current measurement in ratio testing
7Reproduction the AC test voltage from power source to reduce the effects of bad power source
8Save the test results in the memory internal the tester
9Print the test results by micro printer
10Reverse connection detect unit to prevent the high voltage injected to operator
11Over current protection unit integrated in software and hardware
12Upload the test results to PC by RS232 and make word report by software
