Application:  The mill is used for rubber plasticating, mixing, warming and sheeting.


General Design:

1. The mill consists mainly for rolls, frame, bearing, roll nip adjusting, screw, heating and cooling device, emergency stop, lubrication system and such sections as electrical controls and, etc.

2. The main electric motor arrives the front and rear rolls to rotate oppositely through reduar, driving geras and friction gears.


Equipment advantages:

Rolls: Alloy chilled cast iron rolls with surface hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating.

Bearing: the Swedish imports, load bearing force big, can adjust the gap, high precision, good rigidity

Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit :  Through worm and worm gear drive clutch rod for parallel sheeting hand wheels to close theNIP from One point only.

Roll Cooling :  Universal rotary joints with inner spray pipes with hoses and headers. Piping is complete up to supply pipe terminal.

Journal Bearing Housing :  Heavy duty steel casting housing fitted with antifriction roller bearings.

Lubrication :  Manual / motorized grease lubrication pump for anti friction roller bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.

Stand Frame & Apron (Cap) :  Heavy duty steel casting.

Gearbox :  Helical reduction gearbox greaves/ shanti make direct coupled with rear roll and motor.

Base Frame :  Common base frame heavy duty, steel beams and MS plate fabricated accurately machined on which whole machine with gearbox and motor are fitted. No deep foundation required.

Electric Control Panel :  Star delta electric operating panel with auto reversing, voltmeter, ampere, overload protection relay,3 phase indicator and emergency stop switch.
