1996 Established , specialized in battery plates making, in a small factory.
2000 Obtained ISO9001 approval,being more and more professional and standardized.
2001 Obtained ISO14001 approval,started to build clean and eco-friendly production conception.
2006 The new factory came into use, the monthly plate production capacity up to 4500 tons.
2007 Cooperated with the Chemical Engineering Institute of Xiamen University (a nation-wide famous university)
to set up a MHB battery research school.
2008 Battery section was set up, starting overall development strategy of plate and battery making.
The capacity of finished batteries soared into 3 million pcs per year.
2009 International Sales Dept. started the world-wide business and established some distributors in many countries.
This year MHB obtained UL and CE approvals.
2010 The new workshop building was finished, the space being more than 75 thousand square meters.
In the meanwhile, the environment protectional negative pressure workshop was started .
Deep-cycle energy storage batteries for PV systems were successfully developed.
and got through the Lab's test, obtaining the certificate of "GOLDEN SUN".
2011 A) Environment Protectional Negative Pressure workshop was set up,
which increased the capacity of plates up to 6000 tons per month.
B) Up-To-Date Automatic battery production lines came into use
which improved the battery output to 6 million pcs annually.
C) New-Type Energy Storage Gel Batteries were successfully developed and got through the test.
2012 A) The Second Phase of workshop building for plate making was started,
which will double the capacity up to 12000 tons monthly.
B) The Second Phase of battery production lines was started and the lines were relocated and upgraded.
3 more lines were set up to increase the capacity up to 15 million pcs one year.
Additionally, CCDS -Automatic battery capacity testing machines were equipped.
2013 Automatic welding machines were equipped to increase the production efficiency.
Nowadays, MHB monthly output can be up to 2 million units of 12V 7Ah batteries.
2015 Pass the industry Specification Conditions.
The second plate workshop put into production in 2015,output of battery plate reach 10000 tons/month.
Add 2 automatic assembly line in the output of battery is 1,200,000 tons/month.
Response the call of national industry 4.0 strategy.
Add 1 automatic assembly line in 2018.
