Principle of cooling and condensation of freezing dryer
The freezing dryer adopts the principle of cooling and condensation to freeze the water in the compressed air below the dew point to separate it from the air. Due to the freezing point temperature of water, theoretically, its dew point temperature can be close to 0 degrees. In practice, the dew point temperature of a good freezing dryer is generally about 5 degrees. The water, dust and impurities in the compressed air can be pumped dry without damaging its components.
