Product Desciption

Introduction of chain trencher

(1) Ditcher depends on the tractor output, as the power of the ditcher gearbox. The transmission shaft drives the gearbox of the ditcher, the main chain wheel is driven by the gearbox, and the main chain wheel drives the chain to realize the ditching.
(2) The blade of ditcher is divided into two kinds: alloy cutter, manganese cutter. Alloy cutter is used to break the ground, and manganese cutter is used to collect the soil
(3) The ditching soil separator is used for ditching and soil separation to prevent soil returning due to excessive amount of soil during ditching. The soil separator is used to separate the soil to both sides.
(4) Scraper is used for ditching machine. When ditching, the bottom floating soil is uneven, and the scraper is used to hang flat, so that the bottom of ditching is flat and square.
(5) The movable frame is the lifting frame of the ditcher, which is used to adjust the depth of the ditcher. The adjustment of depth is driven by hydraulic cylinder.
(6) The main frame is the basic frame used for fixing and stabilizing, movable frame, chain, etc
(7) In terms of hydraulic pressure, the high-pressure outlet of the original gear pump is linked to the high-pressure inlet of the oil cylinder, and then the low-pressure outlet of the oil cylinder is linked to the low-pressure outlet of the original vehicle, forming a loop system.
(8) Before using the ditcher, attention should be paid: the lifting multi way valve of the ditcher should press the handle to make the ditcher slowly drop when walking (Note: the walking speed per minute can't exceed 8m under the condition of 1500 speed) until it reaches the required depth of construction.
