Item character: This product is colorless and clear liquid.
Indication:
1. Various visceral colic, such as gastrointestinal colic and bladder irritation. The curative effect on biliary colic and renal colic is poor;
2. Administration before general anesthesia, severe night sweats and salivation;
3. Slow arrhythmias such as block and atrioventricular block caused by excessive excitation of vagus nerve can also be used for ventricular ectopic segments secondary to low node function;
4. Anti shock;
5. Rescue organophosphate poisoning.
Item specifications: 1ml:5mg*10pcs/box
Usage and dosage:1. Common dosage for adults by subcutaneous, intramuscular or intravenous injection: 0.3 ~ 0.5mg each time, 0.5 ~ 3mg a day; Maximum dose: 2mg at a time. Subcutaneous injection in children: 0.01 ~ 0.02mg/kg each time, 2 ~ 3 times a day. Intravenous injection: for the treatment of as syndrome, 0.03 ~ 0.05mg/kg each time, repeated once in 15 minutes if necessary, until flushing, improvement of circulation, rise of blood pressure, and extension of interval until blood pressure is stable.
2. Antiarrhythmic adults can be injected 0.5 ~ 1mg intravenously once every 1 ~ 2 hours as needed, and the maximum amount is 2mg.
3. Detoxification
(1) It is used for A-S syndrome caused by antimony. 1 ~ 2mg is injected intravenously, and 1mg is injected after 15 ~ 30 minutes. If the patient has no attack, 1mg is injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly every 3 ~ 4 hours as needed.
(2) When used for organophosphorus poisoning, intramuscular or intravenous injection of 1 ~ 2mg (5 ~ 10 times more in case of severe organophosphorus poisoning), repeat every 10 ~ 20 minutes until the cyanosis disappears, continue to use the drug until the condition is stable, and then use the maintenance dose, sometimes for 2 ~ 3 days.
4. Antishock improves circulation. Adults are generally diluted with 50% glucose injection or diluted with glucose water according to their body weight of 0.02 ~ 0.05mg/kg.
5. Medication before anesthesia: 0.5 ~ 1 hour before operation, intramuscular injection of 0.5mg for adults, subcutaneous injection for children: 0.1mg for those with body weight less than 3kg, 0.2mg for 7 ~ 9kg, 0.3mg for 12 ~ 16KG, 0.4mg for 20 ~ 27kg, and 0.5mg for those with body weight more than 32kg.
Adverse reactions
The adverse reactions caused by different doses were as follows: 0.5mg, slight slow heart rate, slight dry mouth and less sweating; 1mg, dry mouth, accelerated heart rate and mild dilation of pupil; 2mg, palpitation, significant dry mouth, pupil dilation, and sometimes blurred vision; 5mg, the above symptoms are aggravated, with unclear language, irritability, dry and hot skin, difficult urination and reduced intestinal peristalsis; Above 10mg, the above symptoms are more severe, pulse speed is weak, central excitement is serious, breathing is accelerated and deepened, delirium, hallucination, convulsion, etc; In case of severe poisoning, it can change from central excitation to inhibition, resulting in coma and respiratory paralysis. The lowest lethal dose is about 80 ~ 130mg for adults and 10mg for children. Use with caution for fever, tachycardia, diarrhea and the elderly.
Taboo:
Glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy and high fever are prohibited.
Matters needing attention:
1. Those who are intolerant to other belladonna alkaloids are also intolerant to this product.
2. Intravenous injection of atropine in pregnant women can cause fetal tachycardia.
3. This product can be secreted into milk and inhibit lactation.
4. Infants and young children are very sensitive to the toxic reaction of this product, especially those with spastic paralysis and brain injury. When the ambient temperature is high, there is a risk of sudden rise of body temperature due to perspiration. Close observation should be made during application.
5. The elderly are prone to anti-M choline like side effects, such as dysuria, constipation, dry mouth (especially men), and also easy to induce undiagnosed glaucoma. Once found, the drug should be stopped immediately. This product is especially easy to reduce sweat secretion and affect heat dissipation for the elderly, so it should be used with caution in summer.

(1) Brain damage, especially in children;
(2) Heart disease, especially arrhythmia, congestive heart failure, coronary heart disease, mitral stenosis, etc;
