Indications This product is used for postoperative pain relief, cancer pain and acute external pain. Also used for acute gastritis, biliary ascariasis, ureteral calculi and other visceral smooth muscle colic.
Adverse Reactions 1. When the effect is generated, there are often sleeping, nausea, sweating, dizziness, headache and so on. But it usually doesn't last long.
2. Occasionally dry mouth, dizziness, rash.
Contraindications Severe cardiovascular disease, myocardial infarction or convulsion are contraindicated.
Precautions Use with caution in patients with glaucoma, urinary retention and liver and renal insufficiency.
Drug Interactions Drug interactions may occur when taken with other drugs. Consult your physician or pharmacist for details.
Drug overdose Excessive doses of this product can cause excitement and should be relieved with diazepam.
Drug toxicology 1. Pharmacological action:
(1) This product is a new type of non-narcotic analgesic, with mild antipyretic and muscle relaxant effects.
(2) The chemical structure belongs to the cyclized o-methylphenhydramine. So it doesn't have the properties of NSAIDs,
(3) Nor is it an opioid receptor agonist.
(4) It is effective for moderate and severe pain. The effect of intramuscular injection of 20mg is equivalent to 12mg morphine.
(5) The respiratory inhibition effect is light.
(6) No inhibitory effect on the circulatory system.
(7) No tolerance and dependence.
2. Toxicological effect:
Acute toxicity LD50 (mg/kg) : mice, oral 66.6; Abdominal cavity 28.7; Intravenous 21.9. Rats, oral 178; Note 56.9.
Pharmacokinetics 1. This product is absorbed rapidly after oral administration, TMAX1 ~ 3 hours, and the first pass effect is obvious.
2.T1/24 ~ 8 hours, the plasma protein binding rate was 71% ~ 76%.
3 by the liver metabolism and loss of pharmacological activity, most of the kidney excretion, less than 5% of the original drug, a small amount of excretion with the stool.
