Applications and Features
The series machine is used for shaping flat surface and formed surface and grooves of all kinds of small and medium-size workpieces, as well as machining the surface of special shape, it is suitable for single piece and small batch production.
The main cutting motion of the machine adopts hydraulic transmission device, smooth transmission, it can realize the infinite speed adjustment with hydraulic overload safety device.
The machine adopts CNC control system, transverse feeding motion is controlled by high-precision ball screw with servo motor driven, realize precise automatic feed and more accurate rapid moving.
Lifting movement of tool carriage is controlled by high-precision ball screw with servo motor driven, in order to realize the tool carriage accurate and fast feed movement, to meet the requirements of various complicated working condition.
The CNC shaping machine is a novel design of precision profiling CNC planer, on the basis of my factory brand products SMH-900 hydraulic shaping as the host, refine the hydraulic transmission, and set up double coordinate linkage CNC system by an innovation idea.
The appearance of the machine tool, expand the denotation of planing process. The machine adopts the interpolation methods in writing a particular program on curing chip, can machining some on the machining center and CNC milling machine is difficult to machining special-type surface of the irregular workpieces and formula surface, such as steel mills with mold surface, the blower impeller surface and etc.
The machine has following advantages: CNC machine flexible control, high precision, large power AC servo motor, large copying rigidity, high efficiency, strong cutting force of hydraulic machine, adopts disc-type indexable planer tool,simple structure and low cost, floor-type worktable,easy to load large workpiece and craft equipment, easy to replace workpieces and etc. For some special surface processing , has hte advantages of machining center and CNC milling machine cannot be compared.
