The machine is mainly used for packing ultra light powder easy to dust and high requirement on packing accuracy.The weight sensor below container give signal to achieve duel speed filling,counting,elevating and etc. It is suitable for filling addtive agent, carbon powder, dry powder of fire extinguisher, other ultra fine powder, powder with high requirement on packing accuracy,etc. 

1) There is a weight sensor below container pallet. The machine has duel speed for filling - fast speed filling and slow speed filling, ensuring high packaging accuracy.

2) Servo motor with pallet elevating. The elevating speed is adjustable. Almost no dust pollution in working environment. 

3) Servo motor and servo driving controlling screw, stable performance and high accuracy.

4) PLC control and screen touch human-machine interface display with easy operation.

5)Full stainless steel structure, combination type and open type storage bin for convenient clean.

6)Filling bucket with hand wheel for adjustable height, conveniently achieve several specification package.

7)Fixed screw installation structure, no influence on material characteristics while filling.

8)Pneumatic bag clamping device and can supporting device are optional.
