125ºC Irradiation crosslinked low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant sheath material
Description: 
The product has excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties and flame retardant properties, and is used as photovoltaic cable sheath material .
 
Processing: 
This series of products, dry for about 2 hours before processing, drying temperature: 70ºC, drying temperature can rise to 80ºC in the starting state. It is recommended that the aspect ratio is about 25, and the screw with good plasticization is processed. The processing temperature is suggested to be :120ºC-125ºC-130ºC-135ºC-140ºC-145ºC


Packing: 
Net weight 25kg: Inner aluminum foil/polyethylene composite film bag, outer kraft paper composite bag.
Net weight 1000kg: Inner aluminum foil/polyethylene composite film bag, outer polypropylene woven composite bag.

Storage: 
The product should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse, and should not be damaged by sun, rain, water and other abnormal conditions.  Storage temperature should not be lower than 0ºC.  The storage period of the product shall not exceed 6 months from the date of production.
